Returns/Exchanges

As of right now we do not accept returns or exchanges, but if your item was delivered damaged, the wrong size, or with printing issues, you can email us at info@suespathtohealing.com with the details of your issues and a clear picture within 30 days of purchase and we’ll gladly replace or refund your item.

***Digital Products: Not Refundable due to the digital nature of the product.

Orders

  •  Can I make changes to an order I already placed?

Unfortunately no, once your order has been placed it’s sent to our reliable and trusted printing partner where orders are automatically sent for production. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before purchasing contact us at any time info@suespathtohealing.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

In some instances, if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet some changes (canceling, adding products, updating shipping details, or changing shipping method) can be done, but it is not guaranteed.

  • When will I receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location at checkout. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing.

For our 11 oz & 15oz Mugs please allow up to 6-10 business days for orders to be shipped in the United States and 10-30 business days for all orders shipped internationally out of the United States.

For our 6”x8” Spiral Notebooks/Journals please allow up to 2-5 business days for orders to be shipped in the United States and 10-30 business days for all orders shipped internationally out of the United States.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order becomes ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country's customs regulations.

  • How quickly will my order be shipped?

Payments

•What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, & Diners Club. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, & iDEAL.

•Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?

Yes, our website is equipped with industry-standard encryption and security measures to ensure that your payment information is protected. We utilize secure payment gateways that comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) to safeguard your sensitive data.

•Do you store my credit card information?

No, for security reasons, we do not store your credit card information on our servers. When you make a purchase, your payment details are securely transmitted to our payment processor for authorization, and we do not have access to or store your credit card details.
If you choose to use Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or similar payments, it allows customers to opt in to save information for a faster checkout experience and for future purchases. Any information is encrypted and stored securely.

•Are there any additional fees for using certain payment methods?

We do not charge any additional fees for using specific payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal. However, please note that your bank or financial institution may apply additional charges, such as currency conversion fees for international transactions or cash advance fees for using a credit card for payment.

•Can I use multiple forms of payment for a single order?

At this time, our system only supports one form of payment per order. If you wish to split payment between multiple methods, we recommend placing separate orders for each payment method.

•Do you offer payment plans or installment options?

Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. Installment options vary and can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes. To use Shop Pay you will need to sign up for Shop Pay and have a US shipping address. (Note: Shop Pay Installments is powered by Affirm). Your credit scores aren’t impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau. The total amount must be between $50 USD to $20, 000 USD for customers to qualify for Shop Pay Installments.

•Why was my payment declined?

Payment declines can occur for various reasons, including insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or security measures triggered by your bank. If your payment is declined, we recommend double-checking the information entered and ensuring that your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method. If issues persist, please contact your bank or financial institution for further assistance.

•Do you offer payment processing for cryptocurrency?

Currently, we do not accept payment via cryptocurrency. We continuously evaluate new payment methods to enhance our payment options, and we appreciate your feedback on potential future integrations.

•How can I update my payment information or billing address?

You can update your payment information or billing address by accessing your account settings on our website. If you encounter any difficulties or have specific questions about updating your payment details, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@suespathtohealing.com or via chat.

Digital Products

  • Can I edit or re-sell my digital product?

No. Any digital products are for personal use only.

  • Can I get a refund on my digital product?

No. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds.

  • How will I receive my digital product?

You will be emailed as a PDF zipped file that can be downloaded and used for your personal use on your device. If you have any issues accessing your file(s) please don’t hesitate to reach out at info@suespathtohealing.com or via chat.

  • How do I download my digital product?

Unzip file using IOS device:

1. Click on Download
2. Open the Files app by searching manually or by clicking on the Show Downloads button (located on the right top corner in the safari app ) then find the ZIP file or archive you want to uncompress/unzip.
3. Tap the ZIP file or archive.
4. The digital download files will automatically appear

Unzip file using Windows:
1. Open File Explorer and find the zipped folder.
2. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

Unzip files using Android:
1. On your Android device, open Files by Google .
2. On the bottom, tap Browse .
3. Navigate to the folder that contains a .zip file you want to unzip.
4. Select the .zip file.
5. A pop up appears showing the content of that file.
6. Tap Extract.
7. You’re shown a preview of the extracted files. If you want to delete the .zip file after extraction, select the “Delete ZIP file” checkbox.
8. Tap Done.
9. The extracted files are saved in the same folders as the original .zip file.

Import pdf into tablet:
1. Click on Download
2. Select Share button
3. Swipe through icons until you see your note-taking app, if you don't see your note-taking app select 'more' button
4. Tap on the note-taking app icon and import pdf file

  • What annotation/note app are your digital products compatible with?

Our digital products should work with PDF compatible IOS & Android note taking apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, PDF Viewer, NoteShelf, Evernote, ZoomNotes, NoteLedge, Xodo, Penly, Squid Notes, etc.

We currently use 8.5” x 11” (2550x3300 px) size file(s) for our digital products, before purchasing make sure your note taking app is compatible with this file size. If you want to purchase our products that aren’t compatible with your app, please reach out to make us aware so that in the future we can create different file sizes. We strive to make our customers happy!

  • What size is your digital product?

The current size we use is 8.5” x 11” (2550x3300 px)

  • Do you need a tablet to use a digital journal, planner, etc.?

No. You can use your tablet, laptop, or phone but it is easier to use on a tablet with a stylus.

  • Do I need a stylus to use my digital product (journal, planner, etc.)?

No. A stylus is not a requirement to use our digital products, but it could make it easier but it’s personal preference to how you want to use your product. Annotation apps are also touch-sensitive making it to where you can use your finger.
